RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that all our policies, terms, and conditions should be read before placing your order as we will abide strictly with these rules.
Items returned must be untampered with, maintaining attached tags and original packaging. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective. Snatched Rack will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash.
EXCHANGES
Only allowed and applicable within 3 working days once an order has been received or dispatched. Exchanges will be made only under the following conditions:
- A defect in the item
- Wrong item shipped
Please note: Wrong size orders from the customer will not be exchanged.
Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.
REFUNDS
WE DO NOT DO CASH REFUNDS!
Refunds are only made in the case of a sold-out item in which case the items haven’t been processed or shipped. Refund processing, in this case takes 3 – 5 working days. Refunds exclude the shipping fee.
If you wish to receive a gift card instead minus the shipping fees, we will send the same to you.
SALES/DISCOUNTED ITEMS WILL NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED OR MONIES PAID REFUNDED
